Here at WDBC we are committed to providing a safe place for people to come together to love God and love each other. We have adopted the ‘Safe Church Policy’ to help us live out our biblical mandate to ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbour as yourself.’ (Mark 12:30-31);
Volunteer Induction Checklist
If you’re a Ministry Team Leader here at WDBC and have people wanting to volunteer on your team, please print out the ‘Volunteer Induction Checklist’. Follow the steps to make sure that everyone on your team knows their role and how to carry it out, and once you’ve both signed it, please return to the office.
Ministry Events
Our various ministry events provide the space for everyone at WDBC and our surrounding community to come together in social settings and encourage each other in our faith. If you’re a Ministry Team Leader here at WDBC, please follow this ‘Communication Guideline’ so that our staff can support you in promoting your event.
Church Constitution
Our church constitution is a statement of our beliefs and a set of guidelines for the orderly and effective daily practices of the Church as it works towards God’s purposes. It is hoped that this document will help new members understand who we are and how and why we do things. It will also help existing members to clarify their place in the Church and the expectations upon them as they participate in Church life.
