Ballot Results from Member’s Vote

After our June Quarterly Meeting, the Members of WDBC voted by overwhelming majority (87-95%) to approve all of the motions resulting from that meeting.

The ‘Passed’ Motions included:

  • Approving the 2021-22 Annual Budget

  • Increasing Pastor Stephen Cole to full-time Associate Pastor

  • Creating the position of Executive Pastor

  • Creating the position of Worship Co-ordinator

What’s Next?

For these newly created roles, we are now seeking Expressions of Interest, with internal candidates preferred. All interested in applying, please use this link (or see below).

A short members’ meeting has been called for 4 July, 2021 at 10:30am (between the services), for purposes of appointing a pastoral recommendation commitee for the Executive Pastor role. The appointment process for the Worship Co-ordinator will also clarified at this meeting.
