The Paradox of Easter

Easter helps us lean into the contrasts we see and feel. We lament betrayal, pain, humiliation, sacrifice and death as seen in Jesus’ life and our own. But at Easter, we also rejoice in life, resurrection, redemption, power and victory through our risen Lord Jesus given to us. We weep at night but joy comes in the morning. We embrace both sorrow and joy this Easter season at WDBC as we walk with Jesus.

Holy Week at WDBC

Holy Week is the time of year we remember the Passion of Jesus Christ. Starting with his entrance into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, we remember Jesus’ crucifixion on Good Friday and resurrection on Easter Sunday. We’d love for you to come along for the worship and fellowship. There’s a number of opportunities.
