PASTORAL TEAM
Jonathan Hoffman
SENIOR PASTOR
Jonathan came to WDBC in 2015 from the Outback of Bourke, NSW, where he served five years as pastor of the Bourke Christian Church and became an Australian citizen. Born and raised in Yorba Linda, California (USA) - birthplace of Richard Nixon - Jonathan left sunny Orange County for the windy city of Chicago to attend Wheaton College as an undergraduate student. Along with earning a bachelor's degree in political science, Jonathan also met his beloved wife, Joanna, at Wheaton. In 2004 the couple was married and moved to Washington, D.C., where Jonathan worked as a legal assistant to the Hon. Kenneth W. Starr. Jonathan and Joanna hold a firm conviction that the Lord has called them to Windsor District Baptist Church. In 2017, Jonathan became an Accredited Minister under the Baptist Association of NSW & ACT. He and Joanna enjoy seeing God's work unfold at WDBC, which they pray will become a beacon for gospel throughout the Hawkesbury region and beyond.

Aidan Holt
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Aidan joined the team at WDBC in 2025, focusing on pastoring young adults and families. Aidan was raised in a Christian family in Newcastle and from a young age he felt strongly convicted by Christ to serve his Church. While earning his bachelor’s degree in engineering at Sydney University, Aidan enjoyed serving in the Evangelical Union, especially in reaching out to international students with the gospel. He decided to pursue a two-year overseas ministry apprenticeship where he was involved in campus ministry. Following this, Aidan completed his MDiv through Sydney Missionary & Bible College in 2021 and served as a student minister at St Barnabas Anglican Church in the city. Aidan is married to Emily and together they welcomed their first child, Eliza, into the world in 2024. He and Emily pray that God will continue to move powerfully through his people at WDBC for the sake of his holy name.
